30 Day Replacement Guarantee

All physical products sold on Pusthaka are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Policy.

If you notice any manufacturing defects or product damage at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the delivery date, we will provide a brand new replacement at no extra cost.

How to Get a Defective Item Replaced

To request a replacement:

  • Contact Pusthaka Customer Care within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • The defective product or part will be recalled.

  • A replacement will be shipped immediately.

Please Note:

  • Replacement may be provided for the entire product or only defective part(s), depending on availability with Pusthaka.

  • Replacement is applicable only for products sold through Pusthaka.

How Do I Cancel or Return an Order on Pusthaka?

For Outright Cancellations

If you cancel your order before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.

If Cancellation is Requested After Shipment

You may do one of the following:

  • If the product has shipped but not yet delivered, contact Customer Support immediately.

  • If you have already received the product, it will be eligible only for replacement, and only if defects are found (refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

The following cases are not covered:

  • Damage caused due to misuse of the product

  • Incidental damage due to malfunction or improper handling

Processing Time for Cancellation Requests

Once cancellation is requested:

  • Pusthaka will take a maximum of 1–2 business days to cancel the order and initiate the refund.

  • You will be notified once the process is completed.

If the refund is transferred back to the original payment source, banks may take 7–10 business days to process the refund.
Please contact your bank directly for delays after refund confirmation.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

To complete cancellation, you must select your refund preference.

The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method/account used during the transaction.

Once cancellation is confirmed, Pusthaka will initiate the refund based on your selected preference.
